FairIsle Management Limited ("FML") is a small, privately owned management company founded by Susan Fairhurst in 1990 (under the name of FairIsle Partnership) and later incorporated in 2000 as FairIsle Management Limited for the purpose of providing corporate, accounting and other administrative services to both local and international clients.

Unlike many management companies in Bermuda, FML continues to emphasize its small size and dedicated service style, where each client is treated in an individual and personal way. No client is considered to be too small or too unimportant, and every client receives detailed personal attention.

The Managing Director and CEO/President of FML is Susan Fairhurst, CPA. Susan has over 25 years of international company experience.

Management, accounting and corporate services are provided to a number of clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, the Far East and Canada. FML is experienced in corporate administration of both Bermuda companies and companies incorporated elsewhere in the world. It maintains close working relationships in Bermuda with law firms, accounting and audit firms, banks and investment houses.
